About me
Megan Linzy-Johnson has risen through the ranks of adult education and literacy, starting her journey as a GED graduate and growing into roles of increasing responsibility in the very program where she earned her start. She quickly developed a deep passion for service and the students that we serve. Megan has gone on to earn an associate's degree and is now just a few credits shy of a bachelor's degree in adult education. She has set her sights on teaching upon completion of her degree. Megan serves as a student ambassador/advocate with COABE and through the Iowa Literacy Council. In 2017, Megan was named the COABE National Learner of the Year.
