About me
Michelle Schott is the Integrated Education and Training Coordinator at Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC). In her current role, she coordinates programming that integrates workforce training, employability skills, and adult education and literacy. Michelle is passionate about helping adult learners reach their educational and career goals. She has 10+ years of experience facilitating bilingual community outreach programs in Des Moines. She earned a master’s degree in Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education from Michigan State University and a bachelor’s degree in Spanish with endorsements in Secondary Education and ESL from Iowa State University.
