About me
John Windheuser is the English Language Learner (ELL) Coordinator at Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC). He has worked in DMACC’s ELL program since 2016. Prior to joining DMACC, John taught ESL/ELL in Madrid, Spain and Seattle, Washington. He holds a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Iowa and a M.Ed. in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Seattle University. John lives in Johnston, IA with his wife and two daughters.
